  • MEDcallUS Primary & Secondary Phone Lines

    The primary SIP provider is an Amazon Web Services (AWS) partner with four layers of redundancy for all voice services, with several underlying carriers in place and multiple U.S. data centers. The auto-failover SIP provider provides excellent support with several underlying carriers. The BCDR SIP Trunks are pre-set and immediately available upon business interruption from the primary that may cause traffic to be temporarily halted.

  • MEDcallUS Call Data Center

    The facility is audited under SSAE 18 SOC 2 Type II, PCI-DSS, GLBA, and HIPAA standards annually, and is ITAR and EU-US Privacy Shield registered. With five 1,400-horsepower Caterpillar 1000kW backup generators in an N+1 configuration, the facility is designed to always be up and running, and is backed by a 100% uptime Service Level Agreement guarantee. The MEDcallUS operating system is backed up in two additional U.S. locations outside of the primary data center environment.

  • MEDcallUS Operations Center

    The primary fiber ISP provider is backed up with automatic failover to a second ISP and a third automatic failover to a high-speed cellular ISP. The MEDcallUS agent team includes geographically distributed agents and emergency agents on-call. BCDR Testing and agent training on documented BCDR protocols are regularly implemented.
